Suitable Surfaces
-Suitable for concrete floors and marine decks
-Steel marine decks must be sand blasted to ISO-Sa 21 /2 minimum and primed.
-Concrete surface prepared by using dust free captive blasting units, grinding equipment, sand blasting or high pressure water jetting
-This is critical for achieving the right surface profile prior to paint application.
Bare Steel:
Cleanliness: Blast – cleaning to ISO Sa2 1/2 (ISO-8501-1:2007) and primed with suitable anticorrosive primer. Power tool cleaning to min. St3 (ISO 8501-1:2007) and primed with suitable epoxy mastic primer.
Concrete:
Clean, dry and free from dust, oils, grease and moisture and primed with suitable concrete sealer.
Application Conditions
Substrate temperature should be 10°C or above for application and during cure and a minimum of 3°C above the dew point. Adequate dry air ventilation is recommended for optimum drying.
Application Information
Component A (base) must be thoroughly mixed before adding components B & C.
